INFUSION THERAPY

Experienced Home Infusion Therapy Registered Nurse providing instructions, management and support for Intravenous hydration, anti-biotic, and injectable medications.


PHYSICAL THERAPY

AHC's group of Physical Therapists provide therapeutic exercises, transfer and gait training, ultrasound therapy, TENS Unit Management, Prosthetic Training, home safety evaluations, and other services related to rehabilitation in the home environment.


SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGY

Our Speech Language Pathologists will assist in the development of effective communication skills using various adaptive methods, manage swallowing deficits, and improve oral motor control and functioning with the goal of restoring optimum communication and swallowing ability.


OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY

AHC's Occupational Therapists will assist and train patients to regain the skills necessary for self-care and the activities of daily living, strengthen the upper body, and train patients on energy conservation and cognitive ability in order to promote independence.


MEDICAL SOCIAL SERVICES

Social Workers help locate financial resources and community assistance such as home meal delivery, transportation, and/or support groups, provide advise on placement assistance, and counsel patients with the personal and emotional impact of illness, and/or disability.


CERTIFIED HOME HEALH AIDES (CHHA)

AHC's CHHAs are supervised by Registered Nurses and can assist with the patient's personal care and ativities of daily living.
